Dame Quentin Bryce will sign copies of her book Dear Quentin with royalties donated to Murdoch Childrens Research Institute.

It’s Australian Reading Hour this Thursday, September 20, a perfect excuse to stop what you’re doing for one hour, pick up a book and escape into another world… on your own, with your children, OR with other readers out the front of Mary Who? Bookshop – read and be seen reading! It’s so easy… BYO book or pick up a new one for this occasion (something you’d like to be seen reading!), we have plenty of chairs and space. Get comfy, get reading. Midday until 1.00 pm or anytime you choose throughout the day. Here are few snaps from read-ins we hosted several years ago. It’s a lovely thing to do… to read (and chat) with readers.
